Partner Drill: Seated High Diagonal Reverse Chop / Toss: One Arm
			
		Sit on ball, holding

from hip to above 
opposite shoulder 
and toss. If to 
partner, catch ball 
from final position 
allowing arm to return 
to start. Repeat with
